The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting the travel industry, including group travel, in ways that we’ve never seen before. I’ve recently talked with several people in the group travel industry to get a sense of what they’re seeing during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond, including contracts, cancelations, rebooking, safety measures, and much more.
Each of them is from a different part of the travel industry, which allows us to get a broad snapshot of what’s happening now and what they expect to happen once the COVID-19 shutdown restrictions have been lifted.
