How We Work
We work closely with our clients to create a vision for wow-worthy events and then implement the plans with care and attention to detail. We handle all aspects of the planning and booking process, managing everything from site selection through onsite operation. At every step along the way we negotiate with the hotel and each supplier on behalf of our clients to ensure that we are getting the best possible terms and rates, often resulting in concessions valued at over $65,000. Kevin and his team are onsite for every program to oversee every detail and make sure everything operates according to plan.
Incentive trips are meant to reward your attendees, so we want to work as an extension of you to take great care of every one of your guests. We take pride in the customer service we provide to every attendee through the process, including registration, ticketing, arrival at the destination, and every day during the trip when we see your guests at the hospitality desk or events.
